I have been designing and making bespoke free standing and built-in furniture for almost ten years now. I specialise in high-quality, bespoke Joinery and Cabinetry using a variety of woods and techniques to suit clients’ budgets and needs.

I like to combine traditional methods of joinery with modern techniques and materials to ensure a quality of construction that endures. Much of my work comes through word-of-mouth and many clients are repeat customers.

Usually I work alone, but for larger jobs I call upon my network of freelance cabinet-makers and have good connections with other skilled and trusted tradesmen.

Working with wood is inherently sustainable. I craft my pieces meticulously using traditional methods of joinery and cabinet-making, and design them to endure for generations as heirloom pieces.

Wherever possible I obtain wood from suppliers who source their wood from sustainable forests. One of our favourite sources for materials is ‘Interesting Timbers’ who are based just south of Bristol and specialise in English hardwoods which are obtained from sources such as trees which have fallen due to the effects of weather or age. Sometimes trees need to be felled as they pose a risk of falling in a dangerous location.
